1. Shipping Information
UK Shipping
- We offer free UK shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class) on all orders over £25.
- Orders under £25 will be charged at the applicable rate at checkout.
- Optional upgraded shipping (e.g. 1st Class, tracked services) may be available at additional cost.
Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day.
- During busy periods (e.g. releases, holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
- Address errors provided by the customer are their responsibility.
Pre-Orders
- If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock.
- If you would like items shipped separately, please contact us—additional postage charges will apply.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally where available.
- All import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Local Collection
- Local collection must be selected at checkout.
- Orders must be collected during store opening hours only.
- Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.
2. Returns & Refunds
We comply with UK consumer law, including your right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days.
Change of Mind (Distance Sales)
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned if opened:
- Trading card products (e.g. Pokémon booster packs, mystery packs)
- Blind bags or sealed collectible items
This does not affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request photos as evidence.
- Items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
- We will cover reasonable return postage costs in these cases.
Condition of comics and collectible items is subjective. We do our best to accurately describe items, but minor imperfections may be present.
3. Condition of Returns
- All returned items must be securely packaged.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return.
- We reserve the right to deduct for any loss in value if items are not returned in their original condition.
5. Order Issues
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.
