Streaming News: McGregor Forever Coming to Netflix in May

I’m not too sure what to think of this one to be honest, although I probably will give it a watch. After watching his first documentary, Notorious I actually found myself really liking the guy. You were able to see how passionate he is, how much of his act, is just that… an act, and how hard he works. However some time after this was when he made his boxing debut, made a huge bunch of money and became the McGregor we all know now.

Ill tempered, arrogant and rude… and these are all away from the ring, so maybe the act has gone?

I follow him on social media so i am aware of the struggles he has had getting back in the octagon and the injury he endured… Something you see quite graphically in the trailer, so this one might not be for the squeamish. So it is going to be very interesting to see how the injury has affected him as a person and whether it has grounded him a little more back in reality.

If I know anything about the guy it is that the last documentary gave a good look in to who he really is, so i expect the same from this one. If that’s going to be the case then it will most likely be a good watch for people who both are and aren’t necessarily fight fans.

It will first air on Netflix on 17th may of this year and it charts his journey as he returns to the octagon after that incredible injury.
