Right off the bat you know that this is going to be a popular line… Let’s face it, the majority of us who collect vinyl toys are complete and utter nerds… am I wrong? And we love comic books as well! So I’m actually surprised that this hasn’t been a thing longer. They do look cool, I’d say better in fact than the Pop records – the shape of the comic book just works nicer than a square record sleeve. It also makes sense for the first one to be Action Comics No.1 – Is there a more iconic comic book cover?

I do wonder where this will end though and whether the next step is either DVD sleeves or I think even better, movie theater posters!
