There is a speech which Sarah gives at the start of the film and it is the same one which she must recite again at the end of the film in order to defeat Jareth and be free of the labyrinth, however there is a difference between the two speeches, as she leaves out the line; “To take back the child that you have stolen” at the end of the film.
Through dangers untold and hardships unnumbered,
I have fought my way here
To the castle beyond the Goblin City,
To take back the child that you have stolen,
For my will is as strong as yours,
And my kingdom is as great.
You have no power over me.
By the way if you ever decide to play the labyrinth board game I’d highly recommend you study these lines as they might come in handy!
