Nerd News: Prop Store to Auction off over £180,000 Worth of Iconic & Original Cinema Posters & Artwork

On 5th November 2020, Prop Store will be hosting a huge auction of over 440 cinema posters which will accept both online and phone bids from around the world. Registration to participate in the auction is open now using the link below, with the actual auction being live streamed on the 5th, with a starting time of 12:00pm GMT.

I’ll be going through their top 15 lots in a little while, but if you’re a fan of movie memorabilia don’t think that this auction is all going to be out of your reach. They estimate that there will be items for all budgets from £50 all the way up to £10,000, so surely it’s got to be worth signing up and being part of the excitement!

Prop Store’s poster expert, mark Hochman says it best… We really do need something safe and fun like this in these days; “After the doom and gloom of recent times, our November film poster auction is guaranteed to put a smile on your face with an unparalleled collection of blockbuster titles including many that have rarely appeared on the auction market in recent years. The auction features original movie posters from around the globe and the increasingly popular and collectable area of ‘Alternative Movie Posters’ with many items sourced directly from some of Hollywood’s leading film-makers and studios.”
